What currency are your prices listed in?
All prices on our website are displayed in British Pounds (GBP).
I just placed an order. When will it be shipped?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
What if I’m not happy with my order? Can I return it?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for items that arrive damaged or defective. You have 30 days to return your item for a full refund. Please email support@zohraya.com to begin the return process.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide return labels at this time.
Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Don’t forget to include your name and order number inside the parcel. Once your return is received, refunds are processed within 7 days.
Note: If your parcel is still in transit, please wait for it to arrive before sending it back.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be canceled within 24 hours of being placed.
Send an email to support@zohraya.com as soon as possible.
If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation isn’t available - but you can still return the item after delivery.
I made a mistake in my shipping address. What should I do?
If you entered the wrong address, reply to your order confirmation or email us at support@zohraya.com within 24 hours. We'll do our best to update it before your order is processed.
